A comment on Graham's last email. As I understand it, many people are aghast that there are some supposed neo-Nazis in Ukraine. They often point to the Azov regiment as an example. I would like to note that there are neo-Nazis in every country, at least in the west. So what? President Zelensky is a Jew and was elected by a huge majority of the people of Ukraine, something like 70% of the vote. Ukraine has had several Jewish Prime Ministers. And Pravii Sektor, the far right political party got 3% of the vote in the election after the Maidan Revolution. This is not exactly overwhelming support for far-right views from the entire country.

I read all of Graham's posts and I often comment on the Internet on subjects which are not considered to be politically correct, but the secret police haven't visited me here in Germany. I am not a member of any far-right group, but I certainly don't agree with the WEF Woke agenda. I have been a firm supporter of the Canadian truck drivers and I don't trust anything that has been reported by the government about Covid or the vaccines.

Most people view the Russian invasion of Ukraine in a larger political lens. It's all about the great game between the old superpowers, like Russia and the US. What is never considered are the Ukrainian people, who want to live in freedom, not under the thumb of the EU, NATO, or Russia. This war is a fight for Ukrainian identity. It's about a nation and a people protecting their homeland. It's not about the big world forces around it. It's about the beautiful Ukrainian people who are finally throwing off second class citizenship after nearly seven centuries of repression by the Turks, the Poles, the Hungarians, and the Russians. This war is about Ukraine being Ukraine.

If this war is about "Ukraine being Ukraine", why is Zelensky "triggering" Putin by repeatedly asking to be admitted to NATO?

If it's about independence, why didn't he instead tell Putin that Ukraine wants no part of Nato?

And why has he been asking Nato & the US to help?

Because Russia is a much bigger country and threatens to dominate Ukraine. Nobody in Ukraine wanted to join NATO until 2005 when Putin tried to rig the Ukrainian elections to get Yanukovich elected President the first time. Until the Orange Revolution, Russia dominated Ukrainian politics, but when the Ukrainians wanted independence and freedom from the repressive and kleptocratic regime of Putin's thugs, Putin began to threaten Ukraine. That's when Ukraine began to speak about joining NATO. They wanted to join NATO so that they wouldn't be invaded by a bully. It's pretty simple. You live next to a dangerous state and you want protection. It's that simple. And that's why Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Slovakia joined NATO. They didn't trust Putin. And they were right. People have a right to live free from oppression, intimidation, and war.

Well the good news for you is I've heard 2 signs now that the US is preparing to intervene. 1. From a navy zeal daughter, her father is waiting orders, expecting to be sent to Poland for undetermined time. 2. And a reader on another stack who lives near the largest airport in the US has noticed sudden increase in military helicopter traffic.

Otoh, a reader on that stack has family in Mariulpol with a very different position from yours. Something about constant shelling since '14, plus nazi threats. 🤷

Right now, I consider Putin to be the one person standing between ordinary civilians & the Schwab great reset/buildbackbetter/nwo neonazi tyranny.
