I find them fairly smart. Interestingly, international comparisons of intelligence (Richard Lynn, David Becker) find us fairly low for Europeans. Dig into it and you find that the primary source is a single administration of tests to teen-agers in Bila Tserkva, 30 miles south of here. I think the United States is a little more reluctant.

The US fears an ICBM war as it weakens its position to compete with the CCCP.

I wonder if Ukraine can't devise a missile that flies 400km, but accuracy is not needed, so it can be delivered to Moscow.

If you fire 10 shots at the same time, time and time again , 1 shot may reach that place.

As Hammurabi said, an eye for an eye is good against Putin the Mafia.

I think Europe should do more to help Ukraine, who will eventually join them, but each country seems pretty selfish.

''it took Ukrainians less than half the time to become proficient on the HIMARS than the U.S. expected.'' My, highly limited and anecdotal experience of Ukrainians is that they are a very intelligent people. I would expect a Ukrainian to pick up concepts and skills much, much, much faster than the average American.

I don't know why this is the case, whether it is genetic or due to a lack of exposure to toxic culture and miseducation but it is my clear observation.
