Yes, if he has information on targeting provided by someone else. Yes if he is supplied with ammunition and supplies by someone else. Yes if he has transport supplied by someone else.
It is like a hollywood movie. Within a couple of scenes you'd have the walking corpse shot to pieces and shambling zombie like through scene after scene being propped up by what?
