Oh this seems a rather sad essay suggesting some bad reflections. I did search for F Roger Devlin. Wow Amazon has done some scrubbing. I did locate https://counter-currents.com/books/sexual-utopia-in-power/ where you can buy the book. That page adds a bit about his background but Amazon doesn't much care for him. Goodreads https://www.goodreads.com/author/show/193376.F_Roger_Devlin has a few quotes and the book has excellent ratings. AbeBooks didn't find a used volume but the e-book s $5. Don't know if I will ever have the time to read it, alas. Sounds interesting.

You might find this piece by Devlin of interest https://vdare.com/articles/f-roger-devlin-how-envy-causes-racial-conflict. "As I said, European civilization has historically been successful—perhaps uniquely successful—in overcoming the debilitating effects of envy, even to the extent that we tend to forget its dangers and badly underestimate its influence on others." and then "Today, progressive academics with no understanding of how wealth is created advocate massive capital transfers to the third world in order to assuage their guilt over living in a prosperous society." Sadly Devlin writes for The Occidental Quarterly which seems perhaps to have a bias. Maybe talking about race isn't wise. Maybe that's why Amazon dislikes his work.

Your reading must be limited given the power situation.

Devlin is one of a number of people who write honestly about race and gender issues and find themselves banned. Countercurrents and Unz will publish them. Ergo, that's where they are.
