I did locate https://counter-currents.com/books/sexual-utopia-in-power/ where you can buy the book. That page adds a bit about his background but Amazon doesn't much care for him. Goodreads https://www.goodreads.com/author/show/193376.F_Roger_Devlin has a few quotes and the book has excellent ratings. AbeBooks didn't find a used volume but the e-book s $5. Don't know if I will ever have the time to read it, alas. Sounds interesting.
