Probably not. My best guess (worth what it costs) is that the war will end fairly shortly but there will be a lot of requirement for fixing things up afterwards. A number of families that fled are finding that the Ukrainian money they brought with them is worthless, or the foreign currency they brought has run out because things are more expensive than they expected. But I don't know about these.

Probably a stupid question, but is there any sort of postal service still operating? Could you get something posted from abroad?
