There's a box - new "feature" - on the publish page which you have to check, otherwise the post isn't emailed to your list. Found out about this on the Bucha post, there were no email stats - and I read on someone else's substack about this - added a line, republished it, checked the email box, and voilá, it got emailed and a lot more people saw it...
