Stay as active as you can despite the aches & pains. I found my decline between age 79 to my now 82 much faster than the earlier slower decline with increasing mobility issues likely the result of the CoV lowered activities. I'm not adapting well or accepting the conditions but trying to get stronger has become more difficult. Your obligations to your family require your activity which is a very good thing.
Thanks for the Putin analysis. We obviously are not tuned into his head. At some point the inability of his industrial complex to fabricate weapons or to repair damaged stuff must cause their use to decline. Good to see Iran drone factory being removed but that also indicates a loss of organic capability. Whether he can sustain the brute force effort long term remains as issue. If he must start getting manpower from major areas maybe the people will get involved. There must be a growing internal unrest. Hope....
