Pretty stupid! And I don't think they're wrong. Everybody in the world is being encouraged to fear one thing or another. This calls for the ability to assess relative risks. And what do we see?
They have been beating the drums for monkeypox for a couple of months now. How many people have died for monkeypox? According to this assessment there are 450 actual and suspected cases worldwide, and a total of zero deaths. One death would raise the mortality percentage infinitely. Moreover, as (inconveniently) noted it spreads mainly by contact among male homosexuals.
The NIH and the FDA are both telling you not to use ivermectin or HCQ to cure or prevent Covid. They sternly warn that if you take exceptionally large doses of these drugs or veterinary preparations (pictures of horses included) there may be adverse consequences. They know the side effects profiles (minimal) because these drugs have been in use for 50 years. They can’t claim they kill you, because they don't keep track of deaths or hospitalizations.
They recommend instead that you get a series of "safe and effective" emergency use authorization vaccines, which independent analysts estimate to have killed millions of people worldwide. And which, moreover, don't work. The triple vaccinated have a higher rate of infection with Covid than the unvaccinated.
Last night I joined a zoom conference of European alumni of Reed College, known even back when I attended as The Little Red Schoolhouse. There were nine of us altogether. The first topic of conversation was Covid. Three of them are currently sick with Covid, the rest had all had it. One said he got it from his wife, too late to take preventative measures. They were all vaccinated, some of them boosted and double boosted.
Since I had not said anything, one of them asked me. I told them I had been taking HCQ and now ivermectin for two years and had not gotten sick. A couple then took me to task for endangering everybody around me by refusing to protect myself. They pooh-poohed the argument that they themselves had gotten sick from vaccinated, not unvaccinated people and had passed the virus on, saying that on account of the vaccines it had not been that serious. Two of them mentioned significant adverse effects, expressing gratitude that without the shots the virus might’ve been even worse.
Anecdotal evidence doesn’t impress some people unless it goes their way. They made nothing of the fact that I was the only one taking the small molecule drugs, the only one who was not vaccinated, and the only one who had not gotten sick. Nothing to see there. You can’t fight religion. I knew enough to shut up.
Just when you think you know the whole story, surprises pop up. Here’s an interview about swine flu from 2010 that is eerily prescient of the Covid affair. The same themes: corruption in the WHO, sinister billionaires and rich pharmaceutical companies controlling the media, governments buying huge quantities of an unnecessary vaccine, inadequate testing, rapid approval, adverse events, multiple deaths.
And where is the whistleblower from 2010 who gave this interview? A long time missing after filing a lawsuit to make these parties answerable for the swine flu scandal.
The globalist cabal, among them Macron, Berlusconi and Henry Kissinger are suggesting that Ukraine should simply give up a bit of real estate in the name of peace. They ignore the fact that’s exactly what we did in 2014 and it didn’t work out terribly well. I have written that I am convinced Ukraine is right not to do so.
Ukraine and many Western observers like to think that there would be consistent resistance if Russia were to take over. I look at some worldwide comparisons. There are countries with dictatorial governments that are quite unpopular that nonetheless have a great tenacity for retaining power.
Russia itself is a good example. Putin's Russia has quite total control over information sources and has quite thoroughly cowed the people. They go along. The same is true in China. There are periodic rumbles of rumors about resistance but we haven't seen much. North Korea has been firmly under the control of the Kim family since World War II. Cuba and Venezuela defy predictions about uprisings.
However poorly these countries treat their people, governments remain in control. We see this turn of events happening in Canada and the United States and Western Europe, where totalitarian measures were taken in the name of Covid and we are losing our liberties as our speech is controlled by the corporations that monopolize the Internet.
Turning this discussion back to Ukraine, the Russians took over three entities in 2014: Crimea, Donetsk and Lugansk. Although there were no convincing signs that the inhabitants were in favor of their change in status, it is clear these jurisdictions are completely under the control of Russia.
I think it may be wishful thinking to imagine that if Ukraine cedes territory now to Russia, the inhabitants will be able to rise up and regain such freedom as they now have under Ukraine.
One of the reasons uprisings will be difficult is the continual improvement in surveillance techniques. Big brother can indeed know where you are, who you are, what you're doing just about any moment is a day. It is hard to plan anything without being observed.
Ukraine is in the middle. We don't want the hard tyranny of a Russia, but we may not be much better served by the soft tyranny that is being imposed in the West. We have been relatively well-off with our minor-league corruption in which there is quite a bit of freedom of action. I fear it cannot last.
If Ukraine defeats Russia, it will be beholden to the Western powers that armed it. It is likely to follow through with the digital currency, vaccine passport and other WEF, NWO nonsense to which it has already given lip service. If there is a repeat of the phony 2014 truce, the peace it brings is liable to be challenged by Russia, should it have the military wherewithall to do so as the West is finally enmeshed in the long-postponed recession. Russia is imposing those same totalitarian measures on its own population. We may have no way to escape.
I write this as a prelude to articles about where in the world we might wind up moving if things turn bad here. My conclusion is that no place is ideal. I can’t even think of a place that would be good. These thoughts require clarification. Look forward to reading about it.
Yesterday our ArtTalkers Toastmasters club got together informally over lunch. The turnout was quite encouraging – 11 people – and we got quite a bit done. We agreed on an officer’s slate for the year starting in July and a club meeting/picnic/barbecue on June 18. Since our sister club, Dnipro Hills, has only about four members remaining in Kyiv, we have agreed that we will meet jointly for the time being so we have enough people to fill the agenda.
That’s the news from Lake WeBeGone, where the forecast says that the strong men still have a couple weeks’ wait for beach weather, the good-looking women are being successful getting Grandpa Sasha to navigate around on crutches, and the older children’s progress and learning music is impressive to their musically unschooled father.
"A couple then took me to task for endangering everybody around me by refusing to protect myself."
This is the delusion they are under, that only Big pHARMa can protect them with a quackcine, or the state that compels compliance with its meddling. That otherwise our immune systems are inadequate. This will keep happening until people can let go of this dependence on the state for their health.
If we want to avoid this type of blame game, that is, blaming sickness on contagion and therefore on others who don't 'protect' themselves with state sponsored quackcines, it would be of benefit to examine more critically what evidence there is for germ theory, and in this case, fragment of genetic material causing illness or viral theory.
I have read numerous papers on the isolation of SARS-CoV-2 and there is no evidence that any lab has purified the full intact viral particle. They have in their terms isolated it, but not what is deemed isolation in day to day language. It is a cell culture which includes the human sample, antibiotics, and animal tissues such as fetal bovine serum and monkey kidney cells, as well as possibly human sourced cancerous cells.
Further, they are only working with the body fluids of one person. ONE person per study. Shouldn't we expect the same particles to be found in thousands of people, not a handful of people around the globe before declaring a worldwide pandemic??
Next, how can the genome be sequenced if you don't have the thing to sequence first? The genome they have was assembled, not read from a full intact viral particle. If someone knows of a paper that shows otherwise, please share.
