I'm in a position where I lie and tell people that I've had the mRNA vaccine. It's just easier that way and fortunately no one is checking where I am, unlike some countries. I'm also one of the few people I know who haven't (yet) had Covid. I was chatting earlier this evening with yet another person to tell me that they were triple jabbed and had just recovered from a nasty bout with Covid.

I genuinely don't understand, a disease with a survival rate of over 99.9% and we are hysterical about it. Perhaps some form of civilisational bout of madness. We have so lost contact with genuine realities of existence that we no longer know how to assess or cope with perceived threats.

Weird. I see your comment. Twice. Another poster had the same problem, but was able to see them navigating via the emailed link. Glitch in substack, apparently

Here's something interesting - "High correlation was observed between T cell responses to

SARS-CoV-2 (spike-S1 and nucleocapsid) and MMR and Tdap proteins

in COVID-19-convalescent and -vaccinated individuals. The overlapping T cell population contained an effector memory T cell subset

(effector memory re-expressing CD45RA on T cells [TEMRA]) implicated

in protective, anti-viral immunity, and their detection required APC derived IL-15, known to sensitize T cells to activation. Cross-reactive

TCR repertoires detected in antigen-experienced T cells recognizing

SARS-CoV-2, MMR, and Tdap epitopes had TEMRA features. Indices of

disease severity were reduced in MMR- or Tdap-vaccinated individuals

by 32%–38% and 20%–23%, respectively, among COVID-19 patients.

Conclusions: Tdap and MMR memory T cells reactivated by SARS-CoV2 may provide protection against severe COVID-19" https://www.cell.com/action/showPdf?pii=S2666-6340%2821%2900289-0 - immunity without spike protein or LNP exposure
