Something like p-ing into the wind and not noticing you are getting wet. The world rushed a very new technology, picking a bad protein as well and we are paying a price that is incalculable. Simple sanitation of the mouth/nose as we did it in olden days might have quelled the infection before it got going. A shame officials couldn't tell us that.
