Movies about vaccination. An offer from The Jolly Heretic. Snuffles.

Humor is the best weapon against tyranny. Sunlight works pretty well too.

Dr. Andrew Wakefield released his movie Vaxxed: from cover-up to catastrophe in 2016. He had been richly smeared since his 1998 article in The Lancet documenting a connection between vaccines and autism. The virulence with which Wikipedia puts him down this testimony to how effective he was.

The medical establishment’s jerking his medical credentials – his ability to practice medicine – turned him to writing about vaccination and then to documentary filmmaking. This 2016 effort was his first, followed in 2019 by Vaxxed 2 and now, and 2024, Vaxxed 3. 

Vaxxed 3 addresses the severe adverse events brought on by the Covid 19 vaccines. The previous videos, predating Covid, obviously dealt with other vaccinations. The format of all three is quite similar. They present story after story, individual after individual speaking about how vaccination destroyed the lives of them, their relatives and their children. I was able to watch the premiere for free. I expect that you will be able to find a free link if this one no longer works.

I have to confess that I am long over the Covid business. I was convinced by the original Plandemic video in May of 2020 that Covid was a scam. We stocked up on hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin, then put up with the mask and social distancing regime in public, but absolutely avoided the PCR tests and the vaccines.

Here is a do-it-yourself check for the effect of this movie. Search on “Plandemic movie” in any search engine you have and you will get three pages of stern warnings as to why you should not watch it. And, you will probably not find the link I provided above to the movie itself. Even as the Covid narrative has pretty totally collapsed, the establishment watchdogs remain vigilent.

Just as I don’t need to hear any more sad stories about kids who are blind, paralyzed, bedridden or dead from vaccines, I don’t need to be told again how evil Fauci and Birx were.  I’m convinced already.  However, the makers of Plandemic, above, just released Plandemic – The Musical on that theme.  It is mercifully short – only 20 minutes – and free.  It isn’t so much a lampoon of the evil people as a plea that we never again give up our freedom at the demand of the government.  If this is the kind of vehicle they need to enlighten the masses, go for it! 

My theme is evolution.  With the Industrial Revolution, survival of the fittest gave way to survival of the dumbest, the most improvident, the sociopaths, the narcissists and the Machiavellians.  What took millennia of evolution under harsh conditions to develop took only two centuries of ease to rather wholly undo.  Of the many authors I have reviewed on this subject, none is more prolific than Edward Dutton.  Yesterday this showed up in my mailbox:

Questions of science come up as we get into snuffles season. My minority view is that snuffles are endemic. Whether or not you get them is more a question of your immune system than your exposure. We all get exposed all the time. The watchword among teachers when I was substituting was that the first year or two a teacher gets everything that can be had, after which they are more or less impervious. I am sure it is an exaggeration but it contains a good deal of truth.

My view is that we should keep an obviously sick kid at home. On the other hand, kids get measurable temperatures about once a week. If a kid remains her usual rambunctious self, not acting sick, I don’t give too much credence to the thermometer. The contrary theory among Ukrainian mothers – and teachers – is that every child with a temperature above 98.6 should be kept behind bars.

Zoriana, who had had a mild temperature but wasn’t sick two days ago, did not want to go to school this morning. Mom diagnosed it as a lack of homework completion and sent her anyhow. I didn’t see that she had any problem biking the 1 km. Oksana fielded an irate call from the school. Zoriana told them that she hadn’t wanted to go today and didn’t feel too well.

Such is life in Lake WeBeGone, where the strong man has not had a cold for several months now. Coincidentally, or perhaps not, he has been using a nebulizer with a saline/hydrogen peroxide mixture as recommended by Dr. Peter McCullough at every hint of an impending rhinovirus. If I manage to stave disease off through the end of the year I’ll write about it.
