Peter, who alerted me to the bad link, sends this link to an article on North Korean supplies to Russia.

It is disturbing that they are doing this. On the other hand, I'll repeat how vulnerable this link in Russian logistics seems to be. Ukraine caused an explosion in the Severomorsky railroad tunnel a month or so ago. The bridges appear to be vulnerable as well, and there is little redundancy.
Also, FWIW, there are reports that the North Korean artillery shells are of poor quality and are gumming up Russian guns. Who knows?

Wonder what US intel is doing? They really ought to be countering the Russian propaganda. Perhaps they lack confidence in their assessments? Strange to allow Congress to repeat bad info.
