Two developments from Denys’ latest report caught my attention:
· Bridge at Zatoka – At 9:55 into Denys’ report is shows a Russian cruise missile striking the rail bridge that crosses the mouth of the Dniester River at Zatoka, approximately 30KM shouthwest of Odesa, severing the rail connection between Odesa and the Ukrainian ports near the mouth of the Danube River. Until the bridge is repaired, rail shipments of Ukrainian grain bound for the Danube ports will now have to transit Moldova.
· Shelling in or near Transnistria? - At 12:30 into the video, it appears that there has been shelling in and around the breakaway Moldovan region of Transnistria, where there are a small number of Russian “peacekeepers.”
Times Radio
In his interview, Admiral Lord West says that he believes that Ukraine will soon attempt to knock out Russia’s Black Sea Fleet, likely with the Ukrainian Neptune Missile, used to sink the “Moskva,” and recently acquired Western weapons, including the Harpoon Missile. It is likely that the Kerch Bridge will also be a target. Russia appears to believe that this threat is credible, as they’ve the fleet from Sevastopol to Novorossiysk, and they have strengthened defenses around the Kerch Bridge.

Ukrainians were awarded the Dissident Human Rights Award in the USA. The ceremony took place on the territory of the Memorial to the Victims of Communism in Washington. The First Lady of Ukraine Olena Zelenska received the award for the entire Ukrainian people.
Pentagon: The third successful test of a hypersonic weapon was conducted in the USA. Raytheon Technologies, in partnership with Northrop Grumman, tested a missile that was developed for the US Air Force and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency.
US State Department: The US authorities have included Russia in the category of states demonstrating "encouraging policy or its elements" in relation to human trafficking.
Bloomberg: Boeing removed Russia from its list of buyers in the next 20 years. "This is not a target market for us," says Boeing Vice President of Commercial Marketing. Before the war, the company planned to sell 1,500 aircraft to Russia.
SANA: Syria severs diplomatic relations with Ukraine. According to the media, the Syrian authorities decided to sever diplomatic relations with Kyiv in response to the same decision of Ukraine.
RTVI: The President of Latvia Egils Levits has supported the initiative to revoke the citizenship of those residents who support a full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine.
● I think that those Russians who live in Latvia should take a certain position. And most of them did it, because in a situation like this, there can be no effect of neutrality. If people are neutral, then they didn’t understand anything,” Levits says.
AP: The United States intends to launch 28 advanced satellites to track hypersonic missiles against the threat of Russia and China. The Pentagon has already announced $1.3 billion in contracts that require tracking systems to be put into orbit by 2025. Last year China tested what U.S. officials said was a hypersonic missile, and Russia has used the weapons in strikes during the war in Ukraine.

The most interesting thing is that it was destroyed in the Kherson region, more than 100 km from the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The legitimate mayor of the temporarily occupied Nova Kakhovka Vladimir Kovalenko left the city. He said that on July 19 he went to Zaporizhia together with his first deputy Oleg Tarabaka.
